SELF-HEALING
I have had my own health scare, so big that one day I found myself paralysed from the shoulder all the way down to my foot (right-hand side of the body only).
After being discharged from the Hospital, I was referred to a physiotherapist and a neurologist. After a 12-month intensive recovery program I wasn't at my best and it was here I knew it was up to me to find my own way to full recovery.
